Re: RDP Remote Desktop Protocol computers
I tested Typeitin version 3.5 over a local RDP connection with Notepad and Microsoft Word and it worked correctly. It may be that TypeItIn is typing too fast for your RDP connection. You can slow things down a little in Setup: Right click on the TypeItIn icon in the task bar tray and select Setup fr...

Re: access violation
What version of TypeItIn are you using? Right click on the keyboard icon in the task bar tray and select About TypeItIn from the pop up menu to find the version information.
Does this issue also happen after a reboot?

Paul.

Re: Random Date
Hi Namirred,
You can randomize the date with the following statement:
{Var1 Random 30}{Date mm/dd/yyyy,{Var1}}
The first part randomizes a value between 1 and 30 and stores it in Variable number 1.
The second part prints the date with the random value added to it.
Hope this helps,
Paul.

Re: Which version of PasteItIn am I using?
Right click on the Pasteitin icon in the task bar tray, bottom right of your screen, by the clock. (green arrow) If you don't see the Pasteitin icon, you may have to click the Show hidden icons button (orange arrow) first. After you right click on the icon, select About Pasteitin from the pop up men...

What new features would you like?
Typeitin has been around for more than 20 years!
I'm always looking for new features to add to Typeitin.
If you have any suggestions, please post them here, or email support at wavget.com.
Thanks,
Paul.

Re: Application specific URLs
You can specify the program to use to open the URL. For example, to use Internet Explorer {run iexplore.exe,www.website1.com} To use Google Chrome {run chrome.exe,www.website2.com} Microsoft Edge seems to require a full path to the application: {run C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\...

Re: remote desktop setting
It sounds like Typeitin may be typing too fast for the remote computer.
You can control the typing speed for a specific button with the {Speed n} function.
For example {Speed 25}vgzbcxQ#5mkhyo"y to add a 25 mS delay between each key.
