Hi, We recently went to One Drive at my work. I had dtrouble getting my type it in buttons back but finally managed to get them restored.
It did NOT restore my short cut keys.
The menu for short cuts comes up and all say NONE and when I try to reassign it it gives me the in use by another program error.
How can I get them back OR just reassign them as they were before?

Thanks!

The shortcut keys are stored in the KeyFile.dat file, located in the same folder as the datafile.enc and typeitin.ini files.

For the Professional version this is the \Users\Username\Appdata\Local\Typeitin where Username is your windows login name.

If you get an error that the key is already in use by another program, try a combination like <Ctrl><Alt>G. Those key combinations are usually available.
